Did you know that 60 percent of all twin babies are born prematurely?* Families with multiples face increased health issues for mother and babies alike, as well as bigger financial challenges.

Your support helps families.

The San Diego Parents of Twins Club is getting set for our 2017 Silent Auction. This year, we will use the funds to support our families beginning on their journey with multiples and to sustain our supportive network for all of our more than 140 member families in San Diego County. In addition, we will donate a percentage of the proceeds to support babies in neonatal intensive care and their families in the San Diego area.

The event will be held April 8, 2017 to coincide with National Multiple Birth Awareness Month. See our full list of 2017 donors to date.

Generous donations in 2016 enabled us to raise more than $3,000 to help continue our essential support to club members. Our activities include monthly educational meetings, meals for new parents delivered by club members, “Big Sister” mentoring, private online forums, and more. We also established an emergency fund for our member families experiencing hardship.

Your donation will be displayed at our Silent Auction and your organization will be recognized on the event announcements and auction bid sheet. Gift certificates are always popular.
