Founded by mothers with backgrounds in teaching and family therapy, the brand sells “creature collections”
(Plush toy + book combos) designed to teach little ones valuable life skills through their interactive storylines and affirmations. Parents can shop by age or feeling to find products addressing everything from self-esteem to grief and loss.
As twin parents, we are big fans of how customizable the process is. If Twin A could use a little help with self-expression while Twin B is struggling with courage, each child could get a Slumberkin dedicated to their growth, while also benefiting from their siblings’ lessons.
As club members we are all also big on community, and the Slumberkins community is large and active. Guided by a code of values and facilitated by parents, educators and the like, there are a multitude of free resources and real-time support available.
